Delivery and Pickup
Delivery and Pickup
To maintain the quality of our equipment and prevent transport related damages, we strongly prefer delivering and picking up most orders. We charge a flat fee of up to $50 or 15% of the order, which ever is cheaper for you in the RTP area.

Rental Policy

Non-Refundable Deposit
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date and items. The remaining balance is due before delivery/pickup (or as stated on your invoice). Deposits hold inventory once paid.

Damage, Loss & Cleaning Fees
Customers are responsible for missing, stolen, excessively dirty, or damaged items while in their care. Fees may include repair or replacement costs at current market value. Please keep rental items protected from weather, staining, and misuse.

Inspection & Liability
Please inspect all items upon delivery/pickup and notify us immediately of any issues. Once accepted, items are considered delivered in good condition. Mambo Events & Equipment Rentals is not liable for injuries or accidents related to the use or setup of rental equipment.
